The AICPA Examination Division will be conducting a workshop at
the AICPA's office in Jersey City, NJ, on June 26 and 27, 1997,
to develop tax questions for the Accounting and Reporting --Taxation,
Managerial, and Governmental and NotforProfit Organizations
section of the Uniform CPA Examination.
The Division needs CPA volunteers with a minimum of 5 years of
tax experience, either in practice or education, to be trained
to write multiple choice tax questions for the CPA examination.
Participants will receive AICPA CPE credit, will be acknowledged
in the annual edition of Selected Questions & Unofficial Answers,
and will receive a small honorarium for each accepted question.
Participants' expenses to attend the workshop will not be reimbursed.
Prior participants are ineligible for CPE credit.
